Introduction

This is a meal unto itself. Full of flavor and easy to make. You might add some cashews or raisins for additional texture but that would also add calories. If you want to kick up the heat, you might add some curry powder as this is not very spicy as is (we like it mild in our house). This is a meal unto itself. Full of flavor and easy to make. Ingredients

    Trader Joe's Lentil Rice Biryani
    2 mango chicken sausages, sliced
    1/2 C mango, diced
    1/2 C banana, sliced
    2 T non fat plain yogurt

Directions

Cook sausages in a large skillet until just brown. Add rice packet and mango, heat through. Add bananas, cook 1 minute more. Serve topped with a dollop of plain non fat yogurt.
