Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp (remove)
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia) (remove)
Onions, raw, 0.50 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Raw peanuts - 1 cup, 0.5 serving (remove)
Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Coriander seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Salt, 0.75 tsp (remove)
Brown Sugar, 1.25 tsp packed (remove)
*Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)
Directions
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard & cumin. Add hing when they start spluttering and add chopped onions and minced green chilli paste. After a few minutes add turmeric , salt, sugar and minced ginger.
Now add chopped and washed cabbage and peanuts. Stir fry on high heat. Cook for 10 min or so. Turn off heat. Sprinkle lemon juice and mix
