Ingredients

    1 LB Lean Ground Turkey
    1/2 Cup Small Dice Onion
    1 TBS Ketchup
    1 TBS Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
    1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Chop the onion pretty fine. Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and comine thuroughly. Divide into 4 equal patties and refridgerate until ready to cook.
Broil, BBQ or pan "fry" until done. About 8 - 10 minutes total, 4 - 5 minutes per side.
