Introduction

This is the recipe off of the back of Great Value Deluxe Stir Fry Mix This is the recipe off of the back of Great Value Deluxe Stir Fry Mix
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    *Great Value Deluxe Stir Fry, whole bag (3.75 C)
    Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, calls for 1 tbsp. I put in .5 tbsp
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 15 oz (2 C approx)
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    6 oz firm tofu
    Hot pepper sauce to taste

Directions

1) heat oil in skillet or wok over medium-high heat

2) add one 16 oz bag of frozen great value deluxe sir-fry

3) stir fry vegetables until thawed

4) add tomates, broth, tofu and hot pepper sauce to taste. Bring to boil.

5) reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes

6) Serve over cooked rice
