    1 Can Coconut Milk
    1 Can crushed pineapple
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/4 cup fish sauce
    3 - 4 Chicken breasts
    Curry paste
    1/4 cup Sliced almonds
    fresh basil or cilantro


In a 9x13 pan, mix coconut milk, pineapple, raisins and fish sauce. Seal with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Meanwhile rub curry paste on chicken. When timer rings, stir mixture and place chicken on top. Re-seal and bake another 30 - 35 minutes. Throw some sliced almonds and fresh basil on top and serve.
