These are my Nonna's meatballs tweeked a little! These are my Nonna's meatballs tweeked a little!
Number of Servings: 14


    3 lbs 93 percent ground beef
    1.5 cups of italian bread crumbs
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    1 large egg
    dash of salt (optional)
    dash of pepper
    cup of chopped parsley
    pam olive oil spray
    3 cloves of garlic


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine: hamburg, bread crumbs, parsley,parmesan cheese, egg, salt and pepper.

Spray shallow pan with Pam olive oil and sprinkle it with minced garlic cloves.

make 14 meatballs using an icecream scoop. Optional, I just find it handy. Place in the greased pan.

Cook at 350 for 45 minutes.
When it is done cooking, place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Then I just put it in a pot with sauce and you are good to go! Enjoy!
