    1 slice turkey bacon
    1 egg
    .5 cup green pepper
    .25 cup onion
    2 T Pace Chunky Salsa
    1 oz. shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
    1 La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Tortilla


Cook the turkey bacon and egg, cook the vegetables just enough to soften them, pile into a tortilla, top with cheese and salsa.
