    * *Ground Chicken Breast, 16 oz
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * *Tomato products, canned, sauce, spanish style, 8 oz
    * *gia russa roasted peppers flame roasted, 7 oz jar
    * *Raisins | Sun-Maid | Natural California Raisins, 1/4 cup
    * *Brown Sugar, Dark (Domino), 1 tsp
    * *Chili Powder, 1 tsp
    * *Salt, Redmond Real Salt Sea Salt (1/2 tsp.)

    Cornmeal topping:
    * *Yellow Cornmeal 3/4 cup
    * *King Arthur Flour , 1 tbsp
    * Granulated Sugar, 1 tbsp
    * Baking Powder, .5 tsp
    * Salt, .5 tsp
    * Soy Milk, .33 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * *Green Chiles (Whole), 4 oz


Fry meat and onion until cooked. Add other meat filling ingredients and mix. Put in baking dish.

Mix together cornmeal topping ingredients and pour on top of meat filling. Bake 25 minutes in 350 degree oven or until topping is lightly browned.
