Ingredients

    2 cups diced mango
    2 green onions chopped
    2 T. cilantro chopped
    1/2 c. jicama diced
    3 TBS kikkoman ponzu sauce
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 T. brown sugar
    2 T. lime juice

Directions

Actually, there's no cooking. Combine all the produce, whisk liquids and brown sugar till disolved. Toss to coat.
