    1 med. vidalia onion, chopped
    1 4 oz. can chopped green chili peppers
    3 cloves garlic
    2 c. water
    1 can 99% low sodium, fat free chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 10 oz. package frozen corn
    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 Tbsp. cilantro
    2 Tbsp. lime juice (or juice from 1 lime)
