Introduction

for people who need something sweet during phase 1 for people who need something sweet during phase 1
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Beans, pinto, 2 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 48 tsp (remove)
    nonfat dry milk, .25 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Put all of the above in your processor and beat for 2-5 minutes. The batter will be thin but smooth. Bake at 350* for 35-45 minutes. Cut into 8 servings. Store in refrigerator. I actually think it was better the next day though it can be served warm too.
