Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups cooked rice
    large chopped onion
    minced garlic
    1/2 cup shelled, cooked edamame
    1 cup each cooked broccoli & cauliflower
    2 beaten eggs
    olive and sesame oil

Directions

saute onion until translucent, add garlic & stir 1 minute. Add cooked vegetables, stir 1 minute. Add cooked rice mix & heat thoroughly. Add eggs and scramble into mixture. Add wheat-free tamari to taste.

makes 4 2-cup servings
