Nice alternative to the normal pasta side dish. Nice alternative to the normal pasta side dish.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 cup uncooked Orzo pasta
    1 cup chicken stock
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
    2 cloves of garlic chopped
    12 grape tomatoes quartered
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Add stock and water to pot bring to a boil. Add orzo, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until pasta and pepper is tender. Drain, and add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 4 one cup servings
