    1 48 oz jar of white beans
    6 cups chicken broth
    2 garlic cloves
    1 whole chopped onion
    2-4oz cans chopped green chilis
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp cayene red pepper
    4 cups chicken breast
    3 bullion cubes (chicken)


Cover Chicken with water. Bring to a boil and boil for 45 minutes. Place breasts on paper towel to cool. Measure 6 cups of the broth and add to the water along with 3 bullion cubes. To this add beans, onion and all spices. Cut chicken into bite size peices and add to mixture. Bring to boild, reduce heat and simmer about an hour.

Optional: top with cheese, sour cream or salsa.
Make 16 1 cup servings (approximately)
