    1 lb. chicken cutlets
    1/4 cup flour
    1 tbsp butter
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup Marsala wine
    onion, chopped
    Parsley flakes
    1 can beef broth
    2 cups fresh mushrooms


Dip cleaned chicken cutlets in flour
Melt butter in large pan and add olive oil
Brown cutlets on both sides
Add onion and parsley
Add beef broth
Add Marsala wine
Add fresh mushrooms
Cover and cook for about 15 mins. on medium heat, stirring about 8 mins. into cooking
