Ingredients

    -4oz thin cat Hillshire Farms Honey Ham
    -2 TBS Milk, nonfat
    -1 dash Salt
    -2 dashs black pepper
    -2 slices low fat American Cheese crumbles or shredded

Directions

Heat oven to 350
Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.
Chop ham in small pieces. Crumble or shred cheese.

Use muffin pan and silicon baking cups work best

Fill 12 cups with egg mixture evenly
Then distribute the ham and cheese into each cup

Bake 20-30 mins or when eggs are cooked through
