Introduction

Great as a side dish.
Can add meat or shrimp to make a complete meal, served over a bed of rice.

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp EVOO
    1 Cup chopped onion
    2 Cups diced celery
    2 Cups julienned carrots
    2 Cups shredded Bok Choy
    1 Cup green peppers, in strips
    1 Cup red peppers, in strips
    5 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Directions

Add oil to heated wok.
Stir fry onions until translucent. (3-5 mins)
Add celery and carrots and fry 5 mins
Add peppers and fry 3 mins
Add bok choy and fry another 3 minutes.
Sprinkle Soy Sauce and mix. You can add a little water if you wish.
Serves 6 @ 1.5 cups each
