    1 pound lean ground turkey
    1 box of whole wheat rotini
    1 package of nonfat cottage cheese
    1 7oz package of fat free mozzarella cheese
    4tbsp of fresh garlic
    1 Jar of Ragu Light Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce


Brown turkey and cook pasta until it is almost but not quite done.

Mix cottage and mozzarella cheeses with the garlic.

Mix turkey and pasta together.

Layer the sauce, cheeses, and pasta mix together starting with and ending with the spaghetti sauce.

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
