Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    5 cups Water
    1 cup Steel Cut Oats
    3 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal (Ground Flax)
    .
    1 cup Raisins [packed]
    2 small Apples Chopped [I use Fiji apples]
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon [to taste]
    1/2 tsp nutmeg [to taste]
    1 Tbsp Splenda [to taste]
    .
    4 6oz Dannon Light n Fit Yogurt cups

Directions

Bring water to a boil, stir in the oats and flax meal.
Lower heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally for 25-30 minutes.

About 5 minutes before removing the oats from the heat stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, Splenda, raisins and apples.

Serve the yogurt on top. Blueberry is my favorite.
