    2 tbsp wheat flour
    2 tbsp splenda
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    2 tbsp egg beater/ reddi egg etc
    1 1/2 tbsp nonfat milk
    1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 ts vanilla extract


Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg substitute and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and applesauce and mix well. Add the vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 1 min 30 sec at 1000 watts (high).

    then its half an egg. beat the egg first then measure out about 2 tablespoons
