    egg white, fresh, 1 large
    American Cheese, 1 slice (3/4 oz)
    *Spinach, cooked, .5 cup
    *Alexia (Foccacia Artisan Bread), 1 serving


Slice foccacia and place in toaster or on grittle pan. Saute spinach in none stick pan until heated, remove. Add egg whites to pan and cook until done, place egg, cooked spinach and slice of cheese on foccacia - ENJOY!!! (salt and pepper to taste)
