Number of Servings: 2


    2 large fresh Tilapia fillets
    2 TBSP margarine
    1 Tsp lemon juice
    Dash Black Pepper or Freshly Ground Pepper


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place the 2 tilapia fillets in an oven safe baking dish with sides at least 1 inch high. Place margarine in a microwave-sfae cup or bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, until completely liquid. Add lemon juice and stir. pour margarine/lemon juice mixture over tilapia, using the entire mixture. Sprinkle pepper over top of the fillets. Cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until fish is flakey.
