Introduction

Easy casserole the whole family will like. Typically made with ground beef but you don't notice much differene using turkey. Easy casserole the whole family will like. Typically made with ground beef but you don't notice much differene using turkey.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1cup onion, diced
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups of extra-wide egg noodles, cooked (Optional)
    5 oz of Frozen peas and carrots
    1/2 bag of tator tots or 36-40 pieces

Directions

Brown Beef and onion, stir in soup and heat through.
Rinse frozen veggies under hot water until thawed and warmed. Spread veggies in 9 x 13 dish then spread beef mixture evenly over top veggies. Spread noodles evenly over beef mixture. Top noodles with cheese and finally place single layer of tator tots. Bake 375 for 30 minutes or until tator tots are browned. Divide casserole into 6 equal portions
