This green drink is amazing -- the fruit completely overpowers the spinach and the spinach liquifies so you end up with a very healthy and very yummy drink.Highly suggest you make this in a Vitamix or Blendtec because it will be so smoother. If you use a regular blender don't use frozen fruit or ice because that will probably break your blender. Ingredients

2 handfuls of spinach
1 banana
1 cup (or so) of frozen mango
Enough water to cover spinach, about a cup or 2
1 Tbl of flax seed oil
Directions
If you're using a regular blender, blend the spinach and water first, then add each ingredient one by one blending after each addition.
If you have a Vitamix or Blendtec, throw it all in and blend.
