Ingredients

    12 oz Salmon
    1 med. orange
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning

Directions

Cut Salmon into 4 three ounce servings. Spray grill (I used George Forman grill) with non-stick cooking spray. Lay salmon on grill, squeeze orange over the salmon and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Grill until the salmon flakes with a fork.
