Introduction

This is a very moist banana bread. My kids love when I make these while they are at school. The house smells so good when they rush in the door! We usually make them into muffins. The nutrition is calculated for 18 muffins rather than loaf of banana bread. This is a very moist banana bread. My kids love when I make these while they are at school.
