    Tofu, extra firm, 0.4 block
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup
    Baby Asparagus, fresh or frozen, 15 spear tip
    Green Beans 0.5 cup
    *Edamame, Shelled, Frozen, 0.5 cup Soy sauce (tamari), 1 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp, minced
    Pineapple, fresh, 1 cup, diced
    1 small onion, sliced into rings
    1 clove minced garlic


Heat sesame oil in wok on medium heat. Add cubed tofu and stir fry until browned on all sides. Add onion, garlic, ginger, and tamari sauce. Continue to stir fry until tender. Add remaining ingredients and continue cooking until veggies are cooked through. Serve with steamed brown rice.
