This is an original version. This has quite a bit of calories and fat but is DELICIOUS, But, you could cut the calories and fat by a BUNCH if you use reduced fat soup and sour cream. (But these are HUGE portions, could probably actually be 7 or 8 portions which would also reduce the calories and fat) This is an original version. Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces (remove)
Sour Cream, 1.5 cup (remove)
Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 cup (remove)
*Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 4 tbsp (remove)
Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)
*NABISCO, Reduced Fat Ritz Crackers, 20 serving (remove)
*Poppy seed, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil chicken and drain and dice chicken into bite size pieces. Mix ingredients in a large bowl or directly in dish. Bake for 30 mins or until top of casserole is light golden brown.
