Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground turkey
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 can red beans (16 oz)
    1 can low sodium refried beans (16 oz)
    1 can salt free tomato sauce (8 oz)
    1 cup water
    1/2 tsp. salt (can add more to taste later)
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 - 3 Tbsp. chili powder (your preference)
    1 Tb. molasses

Directions

Cook turkey with onion in Dutch oven; add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
