    1 can (796ml/28floz) Crushed tomatoes
    1/4 cup quinoa
    1 large onion
    1 yellow pepper
    1/2 red pepper
    1/2 Jalapeņo Pepper
    1 cup Edamame (frozen, shelled)
    1 package(340g) Yves Veggie Ground Round


Chop Onions and Peppers. Put all ingredients (except Veggie Ground Round) into Crockpot and cook 4-6 hours on high, add Veggie Ground Round and cook for an extra 1/2 hour.

Serving Size: 1 cup.
