Ingredients

    I can't believe it's not butter - 79% Veg Oil Spread - 1 tbsp, 1 serving (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1000 grams (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
    Reduced fat Mexican blend cheese - 0.25 cup, 3 serving (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain), 1 slice, large (remove)
    Flour, whole grain, 0.1 cup (remove)

Directions

Steam broccoli florets in the microwave until tender and set aside.
Saute flour in a little butter until the raw taste disappears and then mix with milk to make sauce. Set aside.
Heat butter and saute chopped onions and garlic. Add steamed broccoli, salt, sugar, pepper and white sauce. Cook until tender.
Cool and blend with a piece of bread to thicken.
Now cook the whole blended mix with required amount of water. Stir in cheese just before turning off heat.
serve hot.
