Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
    .5 cup diced tomatoes
    8 ounces corn (I used frozen)
    .5 cup diced onion
    2 cloves garlic
    8 ounces canned black beans
    8 ounces canned chili or pinto beans (I've used kidney)
    1 table spoon tomato paste
    1 package Lawry's chili seasoning

Directions

Saute' onions and garlic. Brown turkey/beef with chili seasoning, then add sautee'd onions and garlic. In a large saucpan, add tomatoes, corn, beans, and tomato paste. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, or add 1 cup water and simmer on low heat for 1 hour for a really deliciously juicy chili!
