Introduction

High nutrition content. Great way to start the day with veggies and fruit- sweet b/c of the banana and strawberries - with great nutrition in a combo of micronutrients, vitamins, protein and carbs.Udo's oil is a a combo of omega fatty acids made with organic flax, sesame and sunflower seed oils (ideal unrefined 2:1:1 blend of fatty acids for immune system).
For those starting out, i recommend blending together all ingredients except for the chard and then adding a 1/4 cup at a time- to desired taste. At full amount it is still kid friendly! REALLY!!!!
