Ingredients

    *Ronzoni, Whole Wheat Penne Rigate, 4 oz
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato
    Basil, 4 tbsp
    *Cheese, grated, pecorino romano, 4 tbsp
    *Kalamata Black Olive,chopped, 2 tbsp
    Beans, white, 1 can

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, heat oil in saute pan, add beans and minced garlic and heat through (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat and add diced tomatoes, basil, olives and pepper. Put pasta in 2 bowls and top each bowl with the mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
