This is like Ellie Krieger's recipe with a few changes. This is like Ellie Krieger's recipe with a few changes.
Number of Servings: 4


    16 oz of your choice of pasta
    2 oz can of anchovie fillets
    1 tbs olive oil
    1/2 cup of chopped parsley
    10 green olives
    2 tbs of capers
    2 tsp of dried oregano
    1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes( more if you like it hot)
    28 oz of canned tomatoes( chopped)
    1 package of frozen spinach.. cooked and drained.
    for extra calories you can add cheese and bread remember to add the calories to your calorie counter.


While you are cooking the pasta, heat the oil in a large skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant( around 1 minute) add in the anchovies( chopped) the oregano, red pepper flakes, capers( drained) , olives( drained and chopped) parsley and cook for 2 minutes .Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the spinach and simmer for another minute, just until the spinach is incorporated. When the pasta is done, drain and add sauce, mix well. and divide into 4 servings. You can top with cheese, but the recipe does not account for the calories in it.
