Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef, 96% lean
    2 tbsp flour
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 can Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup fat free sour cream, 16 tbsp
    milk (if needed to thin sauce)

Directions

Brown ground beef. Add flour, salt, garlic, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Stir in soup. Heat to boiling---stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 min. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve over Egg Noodles. Serves 4
