Introduction

Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts, bone and skin removed
    Tomato Sauce, three 8-oz cans
    Tomato Paste, 1 small can
    1/2 tsp Basil
    1/8 tsp ground oregano, or 1 tsp dried
    1/8 tsp onion powder
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Combine tomato sauce, paste, and seasonings in large, deep skillet. Stir well until heated through and boiling. Defrost boneless chicken until soft enough to cube with sharp knife. Add to boiling tomato mixture to coat. Cover, stirring every five minutes for 20-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Add pasta to skillet, stirring to coat. Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese, if desired.
