    1 C cornmeal
    1 C whole wheat flour
    1/4 C honey
    4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 C milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c melted butter


Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients.
Bake in sprayed 8x8 pan for 20 to 23 minutes

Serves 8 slices (not dieter's slices, but real ones)
