    10 oz Ground Sirloin (10% fat or less)
    Green Pepper
    Garlic 2 cloves
    Olive oil 1 tsp
    spaghetti 6 oz dry
    2 egg whites
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    2 tbs Parmesan Cheese
    8oz tomato sauce
    1/3 cup Mozzarella (2% milk shredded)


In pan put in olive oil, warm to med. Add chopped onion, green pepper, garlic and ground beef and brown.
Cook Spaghetti as directed on package. Mix with egg whites, egg substitute and Parmesan cheese.
Preheat oven to 350
Spray pie plate with cooking spray
Put Spaghetti mixture into pie plate. Add tomato sauce to the meat mixture and then top the spaghetti mixture with the meat mixture. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Add Mozzarella Cheese and Bake for 5 more.
Makes six servings
