    2 cups of veggies of choice (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, onions)
    1/4 c flour
    seasonings of choice
    Parm cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp water


Beat egg and flour.
Dip vegies in egg mixture then into flour.
Sprinkle with seasonings (I use garlic powder and pepper) and parm sheese.
spray with PAM.
Bake 20 min in 425 degree oven till browned. Mix once halfway through.
