    4 oz orzo
    1 c mushroom
    1 can peas
    2 TBS chopped onion
    1 leek ( about 1 cup chopped
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    1/4 c wine dry wine
    2 TBS olive oil


cook the ozro as directed on package
saute mushroom with 1 TBS for 2 min
add the leeks and add the other 1 TBS of oil
Then after the are cooked a bit add the chopped onion and garlic and cook for 2 min. If veggies are ever sticking to pan add 1 tsp of water to pan to help. Then add canned peas and orzo and the wine and let wine boil down in dish
