    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 4 serving (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Chorizo, pork and beef, 8 oz (remove)
    *Cannellini Beans/White Kidney Beans 1/2 - 130g, 1 serving (remove)
    *pasta, Barilla Farfalle pasta, 1 serving (remove)
    Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Parsley, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)


Add the onion, carrots, celery and garlic. Stir and cook over medium heat until the onion is soft, ~ 2 to 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and broth (if you can find these without salt or MSG, its preferable). Bring the mixture to a boil. Add the sausage rounds. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the beans and pasta and cook, stirring often, until the pasta is done, ~ 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper, remembering that the sausage may be salty Add the basil and parsley. Serve with a sprinkling of cheese. Serve with a sprinkling of cheese. PS: You can prepare this ahead of time, stopping before adding the beans and pasta; add those and the rest of the ingredients shortly before serving.
