Ingredients

    12 cups water
    2 lbs split peas
    30 slices of canadian bacon
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 4 hours.

Stir and serve.

Serving size is 1-1/2 cups.
