Ingredients

2 slices of Multigrain Bread - I like Eating Right
    2 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic Salt to taste (about 1/8 tsp)

Directions

1. Slice 2oz. of cheese.
2. Start heating a pan over medium heat. (I set my electric stove to 6, lower than if I was using butter or margarine).
3. Measure 1 tbsp of olive oil onto a plate and sprinkle some garlic salt over it.
4. Coat one side of both slice of bread with olive oil.
5. Place one slice of bread onto the pre-heated pan. Cover bread in the pan with sliced cheese. Top with second slice of bread.
6. Flip when bread becomes golden brown.
7. Cook until both sides of the sandwich are golden brown and cheese is melted.
8. Remove from pan and enjoy your cheesy goodness. Don't worry, cheese is actually good for you, if like most things, enjoyed in moderation.

Makes 1 sandwich.
