    8 "The Best homemade whole wheat tortillas"
    1 can stokes green chile sauce, pork ranchero
    1 lb elk meat, roasted and shredded
    1 1/3 cup great value shredded mild cheddar


In a round, oven proof skillet, layer tortilla, meat, cheese, sauce until ingredients are used. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or so. Cut into 6 wedges. 1 wedge = one serving. Can serve with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream, calories not included in this entry.
