Chicken Soup, just like mom made. Chicken Soup, just like mom made.
Number of Servings: 4


    I like to use leftovers from a chicken roast. Usually about 2 lbs of chicken
    3 c Egg Noodles
    1 Celery Stalk
    1 c chopped scallions
    5 baby carrots, chopped


Boil noodles in large pot
add chicken, chopped celery, and scallions.

cook on medium for 20 minutes, enjoy.
