    2 eggs
    1/2 t salt
    3/4 c sugar
    1 T vanilla extract
    1 stick butter
    3 oz unsweetened chocolate

    chocolate ganache for topping:
    1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips
    1/4 c fat free half and half


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Beat eggs and salt together until frothy. Add sugar and beat until eggs are thick and pale yellow (2-3 minutes more). Add vanilla extract and beat 30 more seconds.
3. Put butter and chocolate in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Butter will melt, stir until the chocolate melts completely.
4. With the mixer running, pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
5. Add flour and beat 1 minute.
6. Grease small brownie pan (I used 9" by 4"). Bake brownies 15-20 minutes until center is barely set. Remove pan and let cool. Top with ganache and freeze for at least 1 hour.

Melt chocolate chips and cream. Stir until well mixed.
