    1 cup coconut milk
    1-2 tsp. red curry paste
    1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
    1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
    1/4 cup chicken broth
    1 tsp. oyster sauce (optional)
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lime juice


Bring coconut milk, curry paste and curry powder to a boil in a small pan. Add peanut butter, chicken broth, oyster sauce and brown sugar; whisk in thoroughly. Return to boiling. Add salt and lime juice. Remove from heat. Serve with spring rolls.
