    Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Shortening, .5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
    Vinegar, 1 teaspoons
    Milk, .5 cupCombine in four


Beat together sugar, shortening and eggs. In separate bowl, blend dry ingredients, then beat them into egg mixture. Sour the milk with the vinegar and add to batter. Add bananas and beat until smooth. Ration batter into 24 cupcake papers and bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
You can add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and/or 1/2 cup crushed walnuts for yummy extras.
