Introduction

Ingredients

    1 to 1.5 lbs raw shrimp. Deveined if possible
    1/2 a box of ronzoni healthy spaghetti, or which ever pasta you choose to use.
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Zatarans Creole Seasoning, or other brand
    Dry parsley
    Cayenne pepper
    Black pepper (powder form)
    Mrs Dash garlic and herb blend, or other brand
    1 bulb of garlic, can use less
    yellow pepper, or other kind
    1 small white onion, or other kind. can add more veggies if you like, i served with a spinach salad, so there was no need.

Directions

Makes around 6 servings.

Start a pot of boiling water, and cook your pasta according to the directions.

Chop up the veggies and garlic to desired consistancy

In a skillet, put shrimp and all of the spices and 2 tbsp of the olive oil, and begin to cook. put about half the bulb of garlic (chopped) in there.

In another skillet, put the other remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and the chopped veggies, and remaining garlic.

Cook the shrimp, and once it turns pink, and the sauce starts to thicken, add to the veggies.

Once the veggies are soft, but still fresh, take off the heat.

Serve over the pasta!
